Security
For emergency reporting of security incidents, please call DIR’s Computer Security Incident Response line at 512-350-3282. The phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This number is NOT to be used for SIRS-related inquiries.

Vendor Protests
Any actual or prospective bidder, offeror, or contractor who is aggrieved in connection with the solicitation, evaluation, or award of a contract may formally protest to the Director of Service Delivery by mail or in person at the addresses listed above.
