Capitol Complex Telephone Directory

Published every March, the directory contains telephone listings of state offices and CCTS customers located in the Austin area and within the Capitol Complex.

• To obtain a copy, contact your agency telephone coordinator or call us at (512) 936-2011.
• The CCTS Telephone Directory can also be viewed online.

State Operator Services

The state operators assist in finding phone numbers for state agencies and offices in the Austin area and within the Capitol Complex.

Operators can provide the following information:

• Austin-area state agency information 
• Telephone contact information for offices throughout the Capitol Complex, the Capitol building, House and Senate offices, and the Legislative Council
• Call transfers to state agencies within the Capitol Complex or to other state agencies in the Austin area only
• Experienced help in finding the right Texas state office and the right information for you

Operators cannot provide the following information:

• Federal, city, county, or international numbers – They do not have access to the information
• Employment verification
