Fiscal 2007 Data Center Services Report

The Fiscal 2007 Data Center Services Report describes the current schedule for transition and transformation of Texas data center services. DIR will deliver a more detailed report on the implementation of the data center services contract after completion of the fiscal year-end Northrop Grumman transition. The full report will provide details on the contract and the status of implementation, including a review of service level requirements, customer service to agencies, security and disaster recovery improvements, and mechanisms for tracking savings.
