e-Records 2008 is a conference for Texas state agencies and universities that is hosted by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) and the Department of Information Resources (DIR)

Registration and Payment Information

Registration and Confirmation

• Online registration has been closed for administrative processing.
• This in an internal event for state agency and university staff only.
• The purchase order number is required when you register.
• Once registered, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within one week of registration and monthly e-mail reminders as the event draws nearer.
• If you are NOT receiving these e-mails, you are probably not registered. Please contact DIR.
  Note: Each year, a few attendees arrive to discover that they are not registered. They may have followed all internal processes and been approved to attend, but the registration was never actually sent to DIR/TSLAC. Be sure to register online.
• This symposium generally fills to capacity, so register early.
  On-site registration will not be available.

• Event location: AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center

• Parking options:
  • The AT&T Conference Center will offer a rate of $10 in the on-site parking garage (discounted from $14)
  • Attendees may park on the roof level of state government’s Garage E, which is located 2 blocks south of the AT&T Conference Center. Garage E is the brown, 7-story structure that occupies the block surrounded by Colorado, 17th, Lavaca, and 16th Streets. (Enter from Colorado Street.)
    Important note: Cars parked on any other level without the proper permit may be ticketed. No dashboard sign needed.

Cancellation

• Cancellation deadline: September 17, 5:00 pm. Cancellations after this date and "no shows" will be billed the full amount of the registration.
