Health and Human Services Consolidated Network (HHSCN)
The HHSCN is now managed and operated by the Department of Information Resources ( DIR). All services and functions once provided through the Health and Human Services Commission continue to be provided in their entirety through the Telecommunications Division of DIR.
Available Statewide
These same routed data services, once offered exclusively to health and human services customers, are now available and offered to all eligible DIR customers.

- Billing Questions or Issues - For help with billing questions or issues please call our Central Billing Hotline at 512-475-3513 or send an e-mail describing the problem and including appropriate supporting data to DIR Billing Department.
WAN Work Order Form for WAN Installers
This form is for use by WAN installers to document and ship equipment deinstalled as a result of a Work Order. Use Page 2 to list equipment. Place a copy of the list in each shipping container. This form can be filled out electronically or printed and filled out manually using MS Word. If there are any questions, call 512-936-9855.
