WAN Pricing for the Health and Human Services Consolidated Network (HHSCN)
The HHSCN is now managed and operated by the Department of Information Resources (DIR). All services and functions once provided through the the Health and Human Services Commission continue to be provided in their entirety through the Telecommunications Division of DIR. Within the Telecommunications Division, the HHSCN is managed by WAN Services.
Pricing is calculated based on fixed and variable items. Certain services have either one-time charges or fixed recurring charges. Pricing for items may vary on a case-by-case basis. Your DIR WAN staff is on duty to plan and explain all pricing and costs. As stated in the DIR WAN Services Agreement, costs generally are calculated using the following table:
