In their 2011–2015 Agency Strategic Plans, state agencies reported the following technology initiatives related to expanding and enhancing access to agency services (Strategy 3.1). Since the date these plans were published in the summer of 2010, some of the planned initiatives may have changed.

Adds self-service internet functionality for employers to respond to notices of potential chargeback for unemployment insurance.
