In their 2011–2015 Agency Strategic Plans, state agencies reported the following technology initiatives related to facilitating open and transparent government (Strategy 3.2). Since the date these plans were published in the summer of 2010, some of the planned initiatives may have changed.

Providers accessing this information will be able to potentially eliminate duplicative services and harmful drug interactions because they have access to client health history.
