- Jason Hester
AccessWorks Production Manager, Knowbility, Inc
As the Production Manager for Knowbility's AccessWorks program, Jason leads a team of Document Remediation Technicians to provide accessible MS Office, and Adobe PDF documents to government and private sector clients for section 508 and accessibility guideline compliance. His team, which is comprised of veterans and others with disabilities remediate documents and provide User Experience Testing for government, educational, and commercial websites.
- Teenya Franklin
Director of Community Programs, Knowbility, Inc
As AIR Program Manager, Teenya has overseen the training of 700 web site developers and the development of over 150 accessible web sites. In 2008, she was named the Director of Community Programs for Knowbility, overseeing all AIR programs, the annual John Slatin AccessU and AccessU West accessibility training conferences and other Knowbility training and educational efforts that support Knowbility's mission. As part of the Knowbility consulting team, Teenya is experienced in the assessment and remediation of MS Office and PDF documents to comply with Section 508 and other current accessibility guidelines.
Topic:
Jason and Teenya will provide a presentation about the mission, experience, and services the AccessWorks program provides for people with disabilities including veterans. AccessWorks is Knowbility's employment program providing technology services to government agencies, schools and businesses delivered by people with disabilities. AccessWorks identifies accessibility barriers and repairs them so posted documents and web applications meet legal requirements of government institutions and agencies and are fully accessible to all users.

Membership Registration
The PESO (Public Electronic Services On-the-Internet) Working Group was established to provide a forum for addressing policy and technology issues related to improving access to government information and services via the Internet. PESO meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month. Membership is open to all government entities and the public.

Visitor and disabled parking is available in front of the building and a few designated spots on the first floor of the parking garage with a two-hour limit. Additional visitor parking is available from the fifth floor and above in the parking garage (no time limit). The other levels are reserved parking only.
