Cliff recently attended the Usability Professionals' Association (UPA) 2010 International Conference: Embracing Cultural Diversity – User Experience Design for the World hosted in Munich, Germany May 24 - 28, 2010. He will share information about the conference as well as usability ideas for agencies and what's on the usability horizon.

Membership Registration

The PESO (Public Electronic Services On-the-Internet) Working Group was established to provide a forum for addressing policy and technology issues related to improving access to government information and services via the Internet. PESO meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month. Membership is open to all government entities and the public.

Location/Parking: Brown Heatly Building, 4900 North Lamar Blvd. Austin, Texas 78751

Visitor and disabled parking is available in front of the building and a few designated spots on the first floor of the parking garage with a two-hour limit. Additional visitor parking is available from the fifth floor and above in the parking garage (no time limit). The other levels are reserved parking only.
