Project Classification Method
DIR developed a project classification method for use as a component of agency project management practices. State agencies may use this project classification method or develop and use a different project classification method that satisfies statewide requirements. The goal is to provide a basis for applying project management practices to delivery of technology projects for specific purposes. Refer to TAC §216 for additional information regarding statewide requirements for agency project management practices.
