Appendix A. Agency Planning Process
An executive management team from the Chief Financial Office, Service Delivery and Strategic Initiatives worked with every division to review, revise and develop new performance measures for the coming biennium. Staff from each agency division worked with a strategic plan coordination team from Strategic Initiatives and Service Delivery (Publications Office) to assess agency accomplishments and strategies for the future.
The strategic plan coordination team updated the agency’s 2004 strategic plan to reflect the state’s vision presented in its 2005 state plan for information resources management. The draft document was shared with the DIR Board chair for review and approval, and delivered to the Legislative Budget Board and Governor’s Office in July 2006.
