Leveraging a Statewide Technology Infrastructure

The 78th Legislature instructed DIR to develop a comprehensive
IT consolidation plan and file this written report of the plan
with the governor, the lieutenant governor, and the speaker of
the house of representatives by May 31, 2004. In response to
this instruction, A Foundation for Change presents a
roadmap for establishing a shared technology infrastructure for
Texas government.
