DIR has issued the Texas State Data Center Service Delivery Guide, which documents the process for establishing contracts with the Data Center. The Guide clarifies Data Center operations as described in statute and facilitates the process by which agencies consider use of the Data Center prior to their execution of a contract for services or their request for waiver from the Legislative Budget Board.
