State Government Telecommunications Network
Telecommunications Planning and Oversight Council

The Telecommunications Planning and Oversight Council (TPOC) is required to report biennially to the Legislature on the status of the current strategic plan for a state government telecommunications network. This report also presents recommendations for legislative changes essential to achieve the vision for the telecommunications network—the development and deployment of an enterprise network solution.
