Monthly Incident Summary Reports
Agencies and Universities are required to provide summary
reports that contain information concerning violations of
security policy of which the agency has become aware. TAC
202.26 and TAC 202.76
The following reports reflect totals for the most recently reported incidents. The reports are broken up into two versions, as the numbering of the data collected was slightly modified by a new reporting tool that came online in June 2003:
