for Gateway Equipment Leasing
Gateway branded equipment is available for lease to Texas
governmental entities at discounted prices through DIR's Master
Lease Agreement (MLA). Upon agreement between DIR and Gateway, the
MLA may also be used to lease third party equipment now under
contract with Gateway Companies, Inc.
If you use a DIR MLA for leasing, you accept the terms
and conditions as negotiated. While DIR is a party to the MLAs, DIR
is not a party to any schedule executed under the MLAs. Please
consult with your legal counsel to provide advice on your rights
and responsibilities under the MLAs and schedules.
Product and Pricing Information
- For product and pricing information, visit the
Texas Gateway website.
- Prices shown are for all eligible DIR customers. There is no separate pricing for government, higher education and K-12.
- Ground shipping is quoted freight on board (FOB) and generally takes 7-14 days. No extra charges need to be added to the pricing
shown, except for expedited shipping requests.
How to Order
- When you have completed the configuration of equipment, print your quote form.
Please specify that you will be leasing the equipment and will be using the TX DIR MLA.
- Fax the quote form to the Gateway Account Team for Texas at 800-545-3838.
- The Gateway sales representative will prepare the quote as specified and will submit it to the appropriate lessor.
- The lessor will prepare the leasing proposal and submit it directly to you for your approval.
- If you approve the leasing proposal, prepare a purchase order as directed by the lessor.
Note: You must
reference the Contract Number DIR-VPC-03-016 and MLA Number 1691519 on your purchase order.
- Submit all paperwork directly to the lessor.
