Managed Document Output Services
Xerox Corporation, Vendor ID 116-046-8020-401, offers Managed Document Output Services (MDO) to Texas governmental entities through DIR's Go DIRect Program. MDO services transfer responsibilities for management of imaging hardware devices to a vendor. Imaging output devices include: printers, copiers, fax, scanners, and multifunction units.
To obtain services you must execute a Customer Service Agreement with the vendor under the terms of the Master Agreement with DIR.

- Support Services for MDO Services Solution
- Support Services for Output Devices Owned or Leased by Customer
How to Order
- Visit the Xerox website for information on services.
- All customers utilizing the MDO services contract will be required to further negotiate and execute a Customer Service Agreement.
- Contact the vendor representative to discuss services and to negotiate the Customer Service Agreement.
- Generate a purchase order payable to
Xerox Corporation.
Note: Your purchase order must
reference DIR Contract Number DIR-SDD-497 on your purchase order.
- Submit your purchase order directly to
Xerox.
