To obtain services, you must execute a Customer Service Agreement with the vendor under the terms of the Vendor’s Master Agreement with DIR.

How to Order

To access the contracts, use Adobe Acrobat Reader.

• Prior to contacting a security services Vendor, State agency customers must obtain a written exemption from DIR stating that DIR is unable to provide the IT Security Services being requested pursuant to Texas Government Code, Chapter 2059.102(d). Customers must submit a Security Service Determination Form – PDF (80 KB) to the address shown on the form and obtain a written response prior to proceeding.
• Contact the vendor representatives for a Supplemental Agreement with pricing information.
• Generate a purchase order payable to the vendor you have selected.
  Note: You must reference the DIR contract number on your purchase order.
• Submit your purchase order directly to the selected vendor.
