The following vendors offer disaster recovery services to Texas governmental entities through DIR's Go DIRect Program.
Contact the vendor of your choice to discuss services. To obtain services you must execute a Supplemental Agreement with the vendor under the terms of the Master Agreement with DIR.
Disaster Recovery Services are also available through the State Data Center.
How to Order
- Contact the reseller representatives above for services offered, supplemental agreements, and pricing information.
- Generate a purchase order payable to the selected vendor.
Note: You must reference the DIR contract number on your purchase order.
- Submit your purchase order directly to that vendor.
