for Dell Equipment Leasing
Dell-branded equipment is available for lease to Texas public entities through DIR's Master Lease Agreements (MLAs). Upon agreement between DIR and a participating lessor, MLAs may be used to lease non-Dell-branded equipment. All Texas state and local entities may use the MLA structured for your organization.
DIR is the contract holder of the MLA, not a party to any schedule executed under an MLA. Please consult with your legal counsel to provide advice on your rights and responsibilities under the MLA and schedules.
How to Order
- For product and pricing information, visit the TX Dell Web site.
Prices shown are for all DIR eligible customers. There is no separate pricing for Government, Higher Ed and K-12.
Ground shipping is free and generally takes 7-14 days. No extra charges need to be added to the pricing shown.
- When you have completed the configuration of equipment, print your quote form.
Specify that you will be leasing the equipment and will be using a TX DIR MLA.
- Fax the quote form to your Dell representative listed below.
- The Dell Marketing representative will prepare the quote as specified and will submit it to the appropriate lessor.
- The lessor will prepare the leasing proposal and submit it directly to you for your approval.
- If you approve the leasing proposal, prepare a purchase order as directed by the lessor.
Note: You must reference TX DIR Contract Number DIR-SDD-192 and the appropriate MLA number on your purchase order.
- Submit all paperwork directly to the lessor.
