Background

The TexasOnline reprocurement, which resulted in a contract signed in July 2009, spanned more than a year and included a Request for Information (PDF, 447 KB), Vision Statement (PDF, 383 KB), Request for Offer, numerous stake-holder surveys and presentations, and resulted in the TexasOnline 2.0 Master Agreement. In all, people from nearly thirty publicly-funded entities provided input, subject matter expertise, and their time and skills as evaluators for this re-procurement.
