Stories from the Field – Teams Adoption (the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly)
Hear from your peer agencies on their experience rolling out Microsoft Teams and supportive technologies. What went well (the Good), What could have gone better (the Bad), and OMG can I get a "do over" (the Ugly). This session is designed for transparent sharing so we can learn from each other and we will have time for open Q&A.
Deep Dive on Teams Meetings and Live Events
With your Microsoft O365 subscription you have access two kinds of meetings. Teams Meetings and Live Events. Teams Meetings are designed for collaborative meetings with audio, video, screen sharing, and chat for up to 250 simultaneous attendees. Live Events scale up to 10,000 attendees with a very structured set of producers, presenters, and moderators controlling integrated audio, video, and shared content. Learn when to use each and the basics of how to use them effectively. Links to content will be shared and advanced Live Events training will be announced.
All registrants will participate virtually. Microsoft will email connection information directly to those registered.
The number of pre-registered participants will help determine if we are using Teams Meeting or Teams Live Event.
